In Aug 2011, Dr Saffarini earned his B.Sc. in Architectural Engineering from Birzeit University, followed by M.Sc. in Civil Engineering and Executive MBA in 2018. In 2023, he achieved the PhD degree in BIM-Based construction management from a civil engineering department. Dr. Saffarini has 13+ years of industrial experience in BIM-based project management. He has led the BIM and digital construction teams in successfully delivering mega infrastructure, high-rise residential building, commercial, educational, and hospitality projects in various countries, including the United Arab Emirates, Algeria, Kazakhstan, Greece, and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
